Acceptable Use Policy
PepsiteBuilder · Last updated 2026-07-14
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every Operator and every store built with PepsiteBuilder. It exists to keep the Platform lawful and to protect Operators, customers, and the public. We may update it as laws and partner requirements change. Violations can result in content removal, store suspension, or account termination — immediately and without prior notice where we judge it necessary.
2. Prohibited products
You may not list, sell, or facilitate the sale of: (a) controlled substances or products scheduled under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act or the law of any jurisdiction you sell into; (b) prescription drugs, or any product represented as a drug, dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic; (c) any product marketed for human or veterinary consumption or administration; (d) counterfeit, adulterated, misbranded, or stolen goods; (e) products you do not have the legal right to sell; or (f) any product prohibited by a payment processor, carrier, registrar, or other partner whose service your store uses.
3. Prohibited claims and marketing
You may not, anywhere your store is marketed: (a) make or imply medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cure, prevention, weight-loss, muscle-building, performance, anti-aging, or dosage claims; (b) suggest products are safe or approved for human use, or imply FDA approval or evaluation; (c) publish human before/after results, testimonials describing human use, or dosing protocols; (d) target minors or persons seeking treatment for a medical condition; or (e) use deceptive advertising, fake reviews, or fake scarcity.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not: (a) sell to persons under 21, or knowingly sell to anyone intending human or animal use; (b) remove, disable, or weaken the age gate, checkout attestations, research-use-only labeling, or policy pages; (c) misrepresent your identity, business, or transaction descriptors, or structure payments to evade processor or card-network rules; (d) engage in fraud, money laundering, or sanctions violations; (e) infringe intellectual-property rights; (f) send spam or unlawful marketing; (g) upload malicious code, probe, or disrupt the Platform; or (h) scrape or misuse other stores' data.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Suspected violations can be reported through the contact page and are reviewed promptly. We may remove content, suspend or terminate stores, withhold Platform services, and — where we believe it is required — cooperate with law enforcement and regulators, including sharing acceptance and attestation records.
