PepsiteBuilder is built for the research-chemical model. Every store carries research-use-only labeling, a 21+ age gate, mandatory checkout attestations, and auto-generated legal pages.

Catalog product descriptions are written centrally and research-framed — with no medical, dosing, or human-use claims — so operators cannot drift off-label. Operators remain responsible for reviewing every listing they publish, including products they add themselves.

During signup, every operator accepts the Terms of Service, Merchant Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy, and attests that products are sold for research use only and that they will operate lawfully. Acceptance is recorded with document versions, a timestamp, and the network address. Buyer attestations are recorded on every order.

PepsiteBuilder provides software and storefront infrastructure only. It does not manufacture, sell, distribute, ship, prescribe, or provide advice regarding any product. Operators are the sole sellers of record for their stores, and all product, marketing, tax, and regulatory responsibility rests with them.

Compliance requirements vary by product and jurisdiction and change over time. The Platform's compliance features are tools, not guarantees, and nothing published by PepsiteBuilder is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Operators must have their business reviewed by their own qualified counsel.

Stores that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or Merchant Agreement may be suspended or terminated without prior notice, and PepsiteBuilder cooperates with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.
